Rust To Glory: Scout Traveler Revamp (Vehicle Walkaround)

We caught up with Andrew Blanchard at the 2020 Roof Top Tent Rally at the James River State Park. He was kind enough to show us his rust-to-glory revamp of a 1977 International Scout II Traveler. He is definitely a fabricator and engineer at heart.
