We’re bringing back our beloved Overlander Flea Market—now with more room, mountain views, and space to camp! Whether you're looking to browse, buy, sell, or stay for the weekend, there's a ticket for you:

Ticket Options:

1. Full Access Pass – $125
Includes:

• Primitive Weekend Camping (Friday–Sunday)

• Flea Market Seller Access (Set up and sell from 10 AM – 3PM)

• General Admission for all attendees in your group
  Perfect for those who want to set up shop, hang out with the community, and relax on the farm all weekend long.

2. Flea Market Seller Ticket – $25
Includes:

• Access to sell at the Flea Market (10 AM – 3 PM on Saturday only)
  Great for vendors and individuals looking to trade or sell gear for the day.

3. Free Day Pass (Buyers Only) – Free

• Includes entry to browse and buy at the Flea Market

• No selling or camping permitted with this pass
  This is ideal for folks just stopping by to score a deal on gear.

About the Event:

For almost a decade, we’ve hosted the annual Overlander Flea Market each fall—and now it’s grown into something even more exciting. This year, we’re expanding the experience into a full-day outdoor gathering for the whole family, hosted at the spacious and scenic Blue Ridge Lamb & Wool Farm, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway.
