Factor 55 Hawse Fairleads – Tougher Than the Rest
Factor 55 delivers the toughest aluminum fairleads on the market, machined from thick 6000 series USA aluminum. Unlike the industry standard 3/4", these fairleads are available in 1" and 1.5" thicknesses for superior strength and performance.
The thicker aluminum provides a larger outer fillet radius, reducing stress on your synthetic rope during high, angular pulls and extending rope life. Plus, these are the first Hawse fairleads designed to fit larger 0.5-inch rope tube thimbles with a taller slot opening. A machined outer corner chamfer further reduces rope stress, making them perfect for front suspension "suck-down" use.
With a MIL-A-8625 Type III hard-anodized finish, these fairleads resist abrasion and reduce rope heat during extreme side pulls. The .002” thick ceramic coating is one of the hardest materials known to man, offering low friction and maximum durability.
Finished in a gunmetal gray that’s built for function, not flash, the Hawse Fairleads feature a laser-engraved logo and are designed to protect your synthetic winch rope, no matter the pull.
