Lightweight Family Travel - Overland Walkaround Ft. Jeepsies
We caught up with Eric and Brittany Highland of the Jeepsies at this year's Roof Top Tent Rally, for a look at their Jeep Wrangler that has taken them all around North America. In 2019 alone, they traveled through 32 U.S. states, 2,000 miles throughout the interior of Mexico, and about 500 miles through Canada, as well.
Check out their take on what is required for lightweight travel for a full time nomadic lifestyle as a small family - including this bit of practical overlanding wisdom: "find out your payload capacity, then work backward from there. We choose all our gear for weight and stowing space."
