Last Call: RTTR Ticket Sales End Oct. 11
Tickets sales for the 5th annual Roof Top Tent Rally (October 15-17, 2021) are coming to a close on October 11. This is the last call to register so don't miss out on your chance to attend!
If you are new to the Roof Top Tent Rally, it is hosted once a year at the James River State Park in Gladstone, Virginia. The event is a collaboration of Blue Ridge Overland Gear and our friends at the James River State Park.
This is a family-friendly event for overlanders and outdoor lovers in a beautiful Virginia state park with over 1,500 acres and three miles of James River shoreline. You DO NOT need a roof top tent to attend.
The Roof Top Tent Rally will feature:
- Raffles
- Overlanding related workshops
- Gear vendors
- Live music
- Local craft beer
- River access (no kayak rentals this time of year)
- Hiking / Biking Trail Access
- and more...
While there is not trail riding for vehicles in the park, there is 22 miles of multi-use trails for hiking by foot, mountain biking and equestrian use (on specific trails).
The park is also a hotspot for fishing (bass, catfish, panfish, etc). Three freshwater ponds are also available for those who prefer more calm fishing (keep in mind: a freshwater fishing license is required).
