With the MOLLE adapter for the IFAK Velcro pouch small, you don't have to stick to a single mounting option for your first aid kit. You can mount the pouch on any MOLLE field for quick and easy access to your First Aid supplies when you need them most. Just like the Headrest Velcro Panel, the MOLLE adapter keeps the IFAK secure until you need it, and then it easily rips away from the Velcro.

The adaptor is made of tough 1000D Cordura and mil-spec webbing. Simply attach the adapter to the back of your IFAK hook and loop pouch, and it'll MOLLE anywhere you need it!
